Apple’s standard license
For the iOS application, the license terms are Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available here: Apple Standard EULA. These terms supplement that license for Cloudhaven’s community services. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Your account and content
Keep your account credentials secure. Use an appropriate display name and share only content you are entitled to share. You retain any rights you have in your content and allow us to store, display, and process it only as needed to provide the selected game features and moderation.
Do not harass other players, post illegal or infringing material, impersonate others, exploit bugs, cheat, manipulate rankings, or interfere with the service. Report or block harmful behavior using the in-game controls.
Virtual items and optional purchases
Virtual currency, decorations, and other items are licensed for use within the game. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or traded outside supported game features. The present social gifts are fixed rewards, not a player marketplace.
If purchases become available, Apple processes them under the terms and price shown at checkout. Restore eligible non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions using Restore Purchases; consumable packs are not restored by that action. Any subscription renews according to the terms shown before purchase and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable law. Real-money purchases are disabled in the current development build.
Availability and termination
Features and content may change, and online services may sometimes be unavailable. Keep an appropriate backup of your private save when that option is available. We may restrict or suspend online access for abuse or violations and remove offending content. You may stop playing or request account deletion in the game; account deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions.
The warranty, liability, and termination provisions of Apple’s Standard EULA apply to the application, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
